When you sign up for one of our maintenance plans, one of our technicians will make sure your system are operating cleanly and efficiently as possible. we pride ourselves on excellence, quality, and reliability. When you sign up for a maintenance plan with us, the full amount for the year must be paid before any work will be completed. The befits of the program will last one year after the full payment is received. Monthly payments could also be set up upon request.
oil boiler/ furnace plans
- covers one boiler or furnace
- 10% off any return service after maintenance has been performed for the year
- priority response for emergency calls
- $250 credit for any equipment replacement after maintenance has been preformed
- Brush and clean heat exchanger or tubes
- inspect heat exchanger or tubes
- Change oil filter, strainer, and nozzle
- check electrodes
- Inspect oil tank and line
- inspect all gaskets and seals
- check and tighten all electrical connections
- check thermostat operation
- check and test all safety devices
- preform combustion test
- inspect and amp out all motors
- check auto fill and expansion tank when applicable
- change customer supplied air filter when applicable
$250 a year
AC/ Heat pump plans
- covers one air handler and condenser. for mini splits it covers one outdoor unit and 1 - 4 indoor units connected
- 10% off any return service after maintenance has been performed for the year
- Priority response for emergency calls
- $250 credit for any equipment replacement after maintenance has been preformed
- clean and was outdoor coil
- change customer supplied air filter
- blow out all drain lines
- clean indoor coil when needed
- check refrigerant pressures
- amp out compressor and all motors
- check and tighten all electrical connections
- check thermostat operation
- check and test all safety devices
- inspect duct work and piping for torn insulation
- inspect and test contactor and capacitor
- test condensate pump
- test reversing valve
- check for refrigerant leaks
- check delta T
$220 a year
Gas boiler/ furnace plans
- covers one gas boiler or furnace
- 10% off any return service after maintenance has been performed for the year
- priority response for emergency calls
- $250 credit for any equipment replacement after maintenance has been preformed
- inspect heat exchanger, clean and brush if needed
- check gas pressure
- check flue piping
- check for gas leaks
- change customer supplied air filter applicable
- flush boiler if needed when applicable
- check and test all safety devices
- check and tighten all electrical connections
- amp out all motors
- check thermostat operation
- clean ignitor and flame sensor
- check thermocouple
- check auto fill and expansion tank when applicable
